What amenities are included with my RV site?
All sites at Tyler TX RV Park are “Full Service,” including 20/30/50-amp electricity, water, and sewer. Guests also enjoy access to our high-speed Fiber Internet, a large fenced dog park, laundry facilities, and our stocked on-site fishing pond.
Is Tyler TX RV Park pet-friendly?
Yes! We are very pet-friendly and have no specific breed restrictions. We offer a large, fenced dog park where your pets can run off-leash. We simply ask that all pets be kept on a leash when outside your RV and that owners clean up after them.
Do you offer long-term or monthly stays?
Absolutely. We welcome long-term guests looking for a “home away from home” near Tyler. Monthly rates are available (plus electricity), making us an ideal choice for remote workers or those transitioning to the East Texas area.
How far is the park from downtown Tyler and local attractions?
We offer “country living in the city.” We are located in Whitehouse, TX, just 3.5 miles from Lake Tyler and less than 10 miles from downtown Tyler’s restaurants, hospitals, and the famous Tyler Rose Garden.
Are there age restrictions for RVs at the park?
To maintain the quality of the park, we generally accept RVs that are 10 years old or newer. However, we are happy to consider older rigs that are well-maintained; simply send us a recent photo of your RV for approval prior to booking.
